💌 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, dispatch times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your Oh My… goodies to you as quickly as possible 💅
📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the UK & Ireland.
Standard Delivery:

£3.99 flat rate (2–4 business days)

FREE delivery on orders over £40
Express Delivery:
-
£6.99 (1–2 business days)
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Evri Tracked, depending on the order size and destination.
🌍 Local Collection
If you’re local to Oh My… Nails, Tanning & Beauty, Coleraine, you can choose Free Local Pickup at checkout.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection at the salon.
🧾 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
🩵 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
We’re not responsible for delays once your parcel is in transit, but we’ll always help where we can.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
If an order doesn’t arrive within 10 working days, contact us at ohmysalons@hotmail.com and we’ll look into it right away.

We don’t currently offer international shipping, but we hope to in future as our Oh My… brand grows 💖
