📦 Order & Delivery Info

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if applicable).
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch — we’ll chase it faster than a top coat cure!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll happily help arrange a replacement or refund (depending on the product).
Please note: for hygiene reasons, used nail products and tools can’t be returned unless faulty.
